So you *might* know, on June 26, I released a song and video. It means so much to me for so many reasons. The amount of time and work that went into this production (not to mention synergy and letting go of all my insecurities) was immense.
I see so much these days all around us that feels disingenuous, manufactured for reaction or even shock. But I believe only authentic selves can connect, and that there are people out there who are wanting something more from artists, music, and let's face it... what is presented as "gay culture"
It is my hope that hitting play on "Arms Length" you can return to that beloved place within yourself. Let that feeling guide you through the days ahead.

"I'll never forget this one night after a show. A man came up to the merch table and reached out to embrace me. He held both my hands and said hearing me live was an experience he'll never forget. He told me that while he loved my recordings, my live acoustic performance was so personal and showcased my talents. I had another man from Germany tell me that ‘many artists need synthesizers to sound good at least a bit - you wouldn't need them at all!’. These are just two examples from my 'JUMP Tour' last year. I took this to heart, and I knew I had to create a version like this. After all, some of my favorite artists' recordings are acoustic or live now that I think about it: Gavin DeGraw, Sia, Brett Young, Patty Griffin, Sara Bareilles, Ed Sheeran."
